Terms of Use

By creating an account and using Rediretyc (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use in full. Please read them carefully.
1. License to use
Rediretyc grants the user a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license, limited to use of the Service while a BRL subscription is active and paid or during a valid 30-day access period purchased in USD. This license does not transfer any ownership of the software, code, design, scripts, or infrastructure.
2. No cloning, copying, or resale
The following are expressly prohibited, in whole or in part:
- Copying, cloning, reproducing, or recreating the Service, its logic, redirect scripts, mappings, or architecture;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, deobfuscating, or extracting the internal workings of the Service;
- Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, or making the Service (or any derivative) available to third parties;
- Using generated scripts, mappings, or tokens outside the scope of your own active access;
- Operating a competing platform based, in whole or in part, on material obtained from the Service.
The generated scripts and mappings are licensed, marked with a unique digital signature (fingerprint), and traceable to the originating account. Any identified copy constitutes a violation of these Terms.
3. Intellectual property
All code, design, branding, scripts, mapping algorithms, and Service materials are the exclusive property of Rediretyc and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
4. Connection to paid access
Redirects require active access. BRL plans are recurring subscriptions. A USD purchase provides 30 days of access and does not renew automatically; you must make another purchase to continue after that period. Cancellation, non-payment, or suspension of a BRL subscription, or the end of a USD access period, ends the right to use the Service and disables redirects when no other valid access remains. This does not constitute a defect in the Service.
5. Penalties
A violation of these Terms — especially Section 2 — may result in immediate suspension without a refund, as well as applicable civil and criminal measures, including compensation for losses and damages.
6. Use of third-party credentials
The user is solely responsible for the credentials (tokens and Shopify API keys) connected to the Service and declares that they are authorized to use them.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes agreement to the current version.
